Staffordshire GP Out of Hours and 111 Services
Descriptions
North Staffordshire CCG and Stoke on Trent CCG, Stafford and Surrounds CCG, Cannock Chase CCG, South East Staffordshire CCG and East Staffordshire CCG currently commission an GP Out of Hours service which includes ED streaming and service to Staffordshire Prisons, an Urgent Care Centre and a 111 system. All of the above contracts were awarded separately to Vocare Ltd. In order to ensure continuity of service the CCGs are proposing to amalgamate all contracts and award a new interim contract to the existing provider with a coordinated end date of 30.9.2020 to allow the CCGs time to complete a procurement exercise for a Pan Staffordshire Integrated Urgent Care Service.
