NKDC has obtained outline planning for a development of 42 houses in Waddington, to be built on land which transferred to Council ownership in March 2017. The properties will be a mix of housing for private sale (28 no.) and housing for social rent (14 no.). It is important that the council achieve a standard for private sale houses in order to secure an effective return on investment. The houses for social rent must meet the council's Fabric First + standard.
