Student Placements RFI
Descriptions
SW looks to support student placements as part of our Early Careers offering. These student placements provide potential feeder pipelines into our Graduate programmes. Over the last 2 years SW has facilitated around 10-15 students per calendar year to utilise a placement within our business.
We look to build both volume, quality and sustainability of our Early Careers programmes going forward. Delivery of our student placement opportunities by a procured provider helps support our Early Careers strategy through AMP8.
