Supervise Delivery of Construction Works related to the Installation of Interpretation Works at Portlaw Heritage Centre

The Portlaw Heritage Centre Committee (thereafter ‘ The Committee’) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified tenderer to supervise and manage delivery of construction works related to the installation of interpretive phases. Responsibilities include ensuring construction phase is completed to relevant building regulations including electrical installation and fire certification. Renovation works include, but is not limited to, removal of partition walls, repairs and waterproofing of bay window roof, general repairs (including repairs to sections of timber floors), plastering, electrical works (including removal of sockets in partition walls), painting, etc. Tender 1 should be reviewed in conjunction with Tender 2.
