North Lanarkshire Leisure Ltd seeks to enter a term partnership Contract with a competent contractor to deliver leading edge health and fitness solutions for customers covering a range of 18 facilities, which include, but will not be restricted to:— The Tryst Sports Centre, Cumbernauld;— Wishaw Sports Centre;— Shotts Leisure Centre;— Airdrie Leisure Centre;— The Aquatec Leisure Centre, Motherwell;— Ravencraig National and Regional Sports Facility, Motherwell;— Broadwood Leisure Centre, Cumbernauld;— The Sir Matt Busby Sports Centre, Bellshill; and— The Time Capsule, Coatbridge.The successful contractor will be required to include for:— Full range of fitness equipment;— 5 year warranty and service maintenance agreement;— Maintenance and service support;— Gym design and planning;— Marketing and promotions;— Financial services;— Quality assurance;— Training and development opportunities (e-learning);— Equipment functionality;— Member management and retention;— Member entertainment systems;— Trainer guide to exercise prescription and monitoring;— User guide to exercise;— Interior design;— Exercise recording applications systems to support health improvement outcomes; and— Project management.
