Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the provision of Outdoor Audio Systems. The Unite Procurement Platform (Unite | Simplify indirect procurement with our smarter platform) offers a compliant route to market for UK Public Sector organisations to manage low-value, high-volume procurement. We are seeking to procure. • Speakers - East & West drill stand and Drill square. • Microphones • Media Players • Digital sound processer • Amplifiers • Control System • Furniture and equipment storage • Maintenance The new system will provide clear, high-quality sound, be durable and reliable for regular use in all weather and include modern features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It will also have easy-to-use controls and a sleek design, ensuring a professional appearance for events attended by VIPs, military, and civilians. Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
