Unreliable vehicles and inability to be able to deliver services effectively and efficiently impact on service delivery for the User Depts, impacts on Fleet include extended maintenance delays (VOR), 3rd party repair costs, increased reliance on rental.

Leicester City Council ('the Council') would like to seek views and engagement from the market regarding this provision. This project would be for the Supply of Pre-Owned Vehicles and Disposal of Ex-Works. The supplier(s) will work in conjunction with the council's fleet team to deliver this project. The proposed contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend for up to two years.
