UKRI wishes to establish a call-off contract for the provision of Town Planning Advisory Services, with an estimated contract value of £400,000.00 Required is a supplier who is familiar with Science Research and Development campuses planning, physics, space, computing and diverse science campuses. They shall ensure providing UKRI with the necessary town planning advisory services to enable our team to navigate national, regional and local planning regulations in order to deliver the expected pipeline of projects within our development programmes. The requirement may include a range of projects- from very small (canopy extension to existing building), medium (circa 500m2), large (circa 13,000m2), through to major new science infrastructure projects (40,000m2). According to the geographical location of the sites covered under this requirement, it is separated into 3 Lots: Lot 1- Northern England Lot 2- Southern England Lot 3- Scotland Suppliers are invited to bid for all or individual lots depending on their capability.
