To make a direct award for supported living services to 8 adults with profound and moderate learning disabilities with high support needs based in two locations in West Lothian: Gideon Street, Bathgate EH48 4HD (premises owned by Barony Housing Association) and Pumpherston Road, Uphall Station which is owned by the incumbent provider. A direct award of 7 months is sought to ensure continuity of care for vulnerable service users during the present Covid 19 pandemic.
