Conwy County Borough Council wishes to procure services under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 to provide supported living services for people with learning and/or physical disabilities in the Colwyn Bay and Old Colwyn area.
The procurement is divided into three separate Lots with plans to undertake the second stage (Invitation to Tender) separately in respect of each of the Lots, phased over the period of the next 12 months.
