The Authority is a group of registered providersof social housing and seek suitably qualified and experienced service provider (s) who can undertake highquality and accurate surveying, supply and installation of roofing services to sites managed or owned by theAuthority (or any part thereof).The contract will comprise:i) Full replacement of flat, pitched and other roofing types including canopies, garages, porches, balconies andthe like.ii) Partial refurbishment of flat, pitched and other roofing types including canopies, garages, porches, balconiesand the like.iii) Reactive repair work to flat, pitched and other roofing types.iv) Associated remedial and replacement works including gutters, fascias, soffits, downpipes, chimneys, flues,copings, cladding and the like.The Authority has divided the contract into two separate Lots as more particularly described at Annex B. Lot 1 -Survey, supply and installation of roofing services including remedial repairs and associated works throughoutthe northern area of the Authority's operational area. Lot 2 - Supply and installation of roofing services includingremedial repairs and associated works throughout the southern area of the Authority's operational area. Thecontract (s) between the Authority and the successful service provider (s) will be based upon a set of terms andconditions as set out within the invitation to tender documentation.
