This contract seeks to obtain data on the volume sales and nutrient content for food and drink products purchased in GB, drawn from purchase information collected by Kantar Worldpanel through their regular purchase survey work. Detailed information at brand level is essential to inform the development of practical, achievable targets that are clearly evidence based and will command the respect of the widest range of external stakeholders. The data sought will be extracted by Kantar from their existing databank and supplied direct to PHE. No analytical work or data interpretation will be carried out by Kantar.
