The first container would be used as a chiller facility to provide suitable storage of fish boxes and catch. The second container would be utilised as a freezer unit for the storage of bait. The cold storage containers should preferably be suited to long-term maritime applications as the facility will be in place for a minimum of 5 years, and there is a key focus on low ongoing operating costs that are sustainable for the end users. As part of the quote the bidder should also consider detailing any optional components, goods or services that may be relevant and of benefit to the proposed scheme and its users.Delivery will be to Swansea Marina and quotes should include for engineer to commission on site, and for transport, delivery and unloading. The bidder should also detail the timescales for delivery of goods and specify any warranty or guarantee periods included. The quote should provide a price schedule itemising all costings for individual equipment, services plus any relevant optional items that the bidder deems relevant to the proposed facility. All quotes received will be evaluated and scored using the following criteria and weighting:1.
