The objective of this RFT is to procure the services of a professional firm to conduct an independent evaluation of Skillnet Ireland’s cumulative performance across funded initiatives in 2019 and 2020 and report the findings to the Executive and Board of Skillnet Ireland. The duration of the contract is for eight months, commencing in December 2021 with the final report produced by the end of July 2022. The assignment will involve the evaluation of the combined activity of circa 70 Business Networks and Skillnet Ireland across all initiatives implemented in 2019 - 2020.
