The Trust intends to tender the design, build and finance of a new T3 Research Centre to provide the facility to meet its future research aspirations. The building needs to provide a powerful statement embodying the Trust's strategy, vision and commitment to research in a bold and unequivocal way.The centre accommodation will provide a modern, welcoming environment equating to around 2 000 m² comprising outpatient and day-case space with the capability to deliver Phase 1 clinical trials and research.
