Descriptions
The regeneration of the Guildhall Car Park forms part of the Tavistock Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI) and will enhance and improve the setting of the surrounding medieval and 19th-century Gothic buildings including the Grade II* Listed Guildhall which is currently being restored. The scope of works under this contract include installing new surface finishes (including a new lawn area), improvements to lighting and re-positioning a Grade II Listed statue.
