Descriptions
A TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract with a single contractor to deliver a programme of Responsive Repairs,Void Works, Planned Works, Disabled Adaptations, Cyclical Works, 3 Star Gas Breakdown, Safety and Servicing and Compliance services. The labour for the programme delivery will be supplied by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teign. The successful contractor will enter into a second TPC2005 contract with Teign and the Subsidiary under which Teign and the Subsidiary agree to supply labour for the programme and the contractor agrees to manage the Subsidiary's labour force.
