Tender for Highams Close Housing Scheme Rowley Regis New build housing scheme at Highams close, consisting of 6 new dwellings- 2 no. 4 bed semi-detached houses and 4 no. 4 bed detached houses. With associated hard and soft landscaped areas, below ground drainage and adopted highways works.
