Angus Alive is a company limited by guarantee Company Number (SC499155) and having its registered office at Angus, Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar, DD8 1AX wholly owned by Angus Council. Angus Alive wishes to appoint an experienced Café/Catering concessionaire who has experience, ability and entrepreneurial business skills to operate a new and exciting café within the new Brechin Community Campus, Brechin.The requirement includes the provision of safe, wholesome snacks and beverages in compliance with all food safety legislation and The Nutritional Requirements for Food and Drink in Schools (Scotland) Regulations 2008 (within school hours). The area for delivery of the services is a servery area and not a cooking area. The provision of hot food will be limited.
