The contract is for the works required in connection with the planned development of the former Bradford Odeon Cinema.This development will see re-instatement of the original auditorium, creating the biggest ‘mid-size’ venue in the country outside London, with a capacity of 3 500 seated/4 000 with stalls standing. The entire building will be served by new acoustic, electrical, heating, and cooling, ventilation, lighting and fire control systems.
