Dublin City Council Housing Maintenance Section administers the maintenance and refurbishment of the council’s residential stock of approximately 26,000 properties. The city is divided into 11 Housing Areas: Ballymun-Finglas, Artane-Whitehall, Donaghmede, Clontarf, Cabra-Glasnevin, North Inner City, South West Inner City, South East Inner City, Ballyfermot-Drimnagh, Kimmage-Rathmines, PembrokeIt is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city-wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract (PW-CF 11) and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section as follows: Lot 1 - Ballymun-FinglasLot 2 - Artane-WhitehallLot 3 - DonaghmedeLot 4 - ClontarfLot 5 - Cabra-GlasnevinLot 6 - North Inner City Lot 7 - South West Inner City Lot 8 - South East Inner City Lot 9 - Ballyfermot-DrimnaghLot 10 - Kimmage-RathminesLot 11 - Pembroke Lot 12 - CitywidePlease refer to the Outline Project Brief and DCC - Lot Area Map attached to this suite of documents for more detail.The frameworks will be established for a period of 24 months each. The maximum estimated value of the works over the lifetime of each of the frameworks will be €4 million (ex VAT).
