Descriptions
The clearance of rubbish and cleaning at council properties, locations and housing located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire, with the occasional usage in privately owned locations. The work may include; •Clearance of properties (Housing and Corporate properties) •Clearance of gardens •Collection of Fly Tipping •Clearance of garages •Cleaning and sanitation services. •Accommodation cleaning services. •Clinical-waste disposal services. •Non-hazardous refuse and waste treatment and disposal services. •Disinfecting and exterminating services. •Refuse skips. •Tree pruning and hedge trimming. •Dismantling of sheds, caravans, play equipment and other similar items If a contractor has insufficient turnover, a bond or guarantee may be required. Successful Tenderers may be required to carry out work/services at any location within the East Riding of Yorkshire. An initial contract duration of 3 years with optional annual renewal up to a maximum total of 5 years. Renewals will be made by and at the sole discretion of the Employer. Estimated total value of Contract £250k per annum. This includes an allowance of £15k for additional clearance and cleaning services not covered by the schedule of rates. There is an additional uplift for fluctuations of £35k over the lifetime of the contract. Estimated maximum potential contract value over 5 years, £1.285m.
