Term Service Contracts for Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance and Minor Works.
Descriptions
Establishment of 4 Lot Contracts comprising mechanical and electrical maintenance and minor works, including inspection and testing of equipment and appliances, servicing and maintenance of alarms, boilers, lifts and gas appliances etc. The works will be carried out in schools and associated facilities, located in the SELB and SEELB areas, which will generally be required to remain operational throughout. The Lot Contracts will be: 2 Lots in the SELB area and 2 Lots in the SEELB area. The form of Contract will be an amended NEC3 Term Service Short Contract September 2013 — Priced contract with Price List for each Lot Contract. The duration of each Lot Contract will be for 1 year with options to renew to a maximum of 4 years. The maximum number of Lot Contracts that may be awarded to successful tenderers is 2 i.e. 1 Lot Contract in the SELB area and 1 Lot Contract in the SEELB area. The allocation of Lots will be determined as outlined in Section 2.2 of the MOI.
