Descriptions
The Contracting Authority is seeking two service providers (tenderer or consortium) to provide the services. Each Tenderer can apply for either Lot 1 and Lot 3 or for Lot 2 and Lot 3 but tenderers cannot apply for all 3 Lots. In summary, each Tenderers must apply for 2 Lots, one of which must be Lot 3.
