Feedback will be used solely to inform the Authority’s internal considerations and governance decisions. The Authority reserves the right to confirm or revise its intended procurement route, scope, and structure following consideration of market feedback and internal approvals. • Participation in this PME is entirely voluntary • Participation or non-participation will not disadvantage any supplier in a future procurement • Responses will not be scored, ranked, or used to shortlist suppliers • This engagement does not constitute an expression of interest process How to respond: • To express your interest and to receive a copy of the draft specification, please respond by emailing candrews@ecovategroup.com. • The completed feedback must be submitted back to candrews@ecovategroup.com by no later than 12:00 on Tuesday 10th February 2026
