This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to the renewal of a Framework Agreement for energy and efficiency works and services. The Contracting Authority (Scotland Excel) seeks notes of interest from Suppliers who believe they have the capability and capacity to fulfil the requirement of multiple and/or specific lots, detailed within the body of this PIN notice and, any subsequent Tender Programme.
