The solution will enable reductions in on-site visits and improve operational efficiencies across Overhead Line (OHL) patrols, defect management, and vegetation control.

The service aims to contribute to reduced Customer Interruptions (CI) and Customer Minutes Lost (CML) resulting from vegetation-related outages.
