The provision of process optimisation services for the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire. The Authority is seeking to better understand the options available on the market for a partner to work with us on a process optimisation project. Within our organisations we have a number of key departments all of which have a number of customer services and “front door” processes to enable key tasks and actions to be completed. The key aims of this opportunity is to identify potential suppliers who can help refine our requirements with the aim of optimising processes to: • Increase efficiency • Reduce costs • Improve productivity • Enhance quality • Improve customer experience and satisfaction We are looking for responses to our pre market engagement document and offering some meetings to discuss options with suppliers with the aim of better informing our specification.
