The scope of works involve the re-wiring of the electrical and upgrading of data cabling of the First, Second, Third and Fourth floor and Workshop of the Institute of Mathematics and Physical Sciences (IMAPS) . The works also include the refurbishment of existing Teaching spaces , one main lecture theatre and two large lecture Rooms located on the ground floor to create an improved learning and teaching experience within the Physical Sciences Building , Penglais Campus.The Project involves a phased completion programme. The works shall commence on 5st May 2015 and be completed by 4th August 2015 CTT Refurbishment Phase 3A (Total of 13 weeks), Re-wiring of all four floors by 6th October 2015. (Total of 22 weeks) and the re-wiring of the Workshop by 6th November 2015 (Total of 4 weeks).NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
