The Ridge, is a proposed business enterprise and technology centre for Castleblayney, Co Monaghan. Planning permission is in place for a 28 unit centre that is to be developed as a joint venture with Monaghan County Council; the Monaghan Enterprise Fun; and Castleblayney Enterprise Centre.The Lead Agent in the procurement process shall be Monaghan County Council.The project shall be a design build form of contract utilising the GCCC form of contract for Works Designed by the Contractor.The Works Requirements and Tender Documents contain detailed specifications and drawings detailing the building for which planning has been received along with the performance requirements for the building.
