The Walled Garden, Perth (part of PKAVS Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub; charity number SC005561) would like to commission installation work for new staff office - a modular style structure. The office should contain one main office space, with two doors opening into two smaller office spaces. Double door entry and windows in all office spaces. Dependant on cost, total size estimation is 12m x 4m. Installed electric heating, insulation, flooring, light and electrical fittings, and paintwork should all be included.
