Descriptions
Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out refurbishment to the internal aspects of existing properties throughout various locations within the Teesside area. The main activities include Boiler swaps and full heating systems, with a smaller element covering Fires, Consumer Unit replacements and a small number of Kitchens and other associated activities. The properties will vary in house type and the scope of works will vary between properties as indicated. The Contract will be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body
