This procurement is concerned with creating a framework to support the delivery of Thriving Community development projects. External stakeholders and organisations will be sought to work alongside the council to co-design a programme of work across Stirling to support the Thriving Community vision.
This framework will, primarily, provide support to communities in Stirling to help them address issues which are important to them, enabling them to build on the resources they have, such as knowledge, skills, ideas, experiences and material assets.
