Tilehurst Parish Council Grass Cutting Tender

Tilehurst Parish Council invites companies to tender for the regular grass cutting of its various open spaces, play areas and recreation grounds located around the parish. This contract will also include twice-yearly rolling and slitting of football pitches at three sites. All other grounds maintenance work is covered under a separate contract. The initial contract will run for a period of three years commencing 1 April 2022. Tenders received will be evaluated against the specification and assessed on prices as set out on the pricing schedule as well as on relevant experience. All the sites may be visited independently, and the Clerk will also be available to accompany contractors to sites on Wednesday 23 February. Anyone wishing to attend should contact the Clerk by Monday 21 February. Tenders should be submitted to clerk@tilehurstpc.co.uk by Monday 28 February 2022.
