Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council (TMBC) ('The Council') intends to appoint an experienced contractor (the Contractor) to undertake re-felting works at Larkfield Leisure Centre, ME20 6RH (the Project). The Project will be procured via the LHC RS4 Roofing Systems Framework under Workstream 1 - Traditional Flat Roofing area J - South East England, using a Garland specification. All relevant Framework terms and conditions will apply.
