In the coming months, The Riverside Group(TRG) will be going to tender for suitable and competent contractors for the Whole House framework. The Framework will include works to external fabric, Internal components and works to Communal spaces. TRG intends to split this into regional lots which it is currently reviewing internally. A pre-market engagement exercise is likely to be the next stage for this procurement which we anticipate to be issued in between October and December 2025, a separate notice will be issued when this stage is live with instructions of where to find relevant documents and details.
