The Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest (TUS) is seeking tenders for the provision of a Case Management System (CMS) for use by TUS Psychological Counsellors. The successful tenderer shall:•Design and Develop the CMS for TUS (this will be a design that can be easily deployed at additional HEIs under separate contracts)•Provide a suitable cloud-based platform to host the CMS for TUS.•Support the transition to the new CMS, including data migration from legacy systems.•Provide ongoing support for an initial period of 4 years.While it is intended that this CMS system may then be deployed in a number of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across Ireland, please note that this will be contracted separately through individual licensing and contracts with the individual HEIs.
