This planned procurement notice gives advance information about a Competitive Flexible procurement for the pre-construction services and construction works for Andover Theatre. It enables interested suppliers to prepare for the upcoming tender notice and supports a reduced tendering period. The successful Principal Contractor will be invited to complete a set of defined services under a pre-construction agreement including programme and fixed price agreement. Subject to the successful completion of the pre-construction services, the Principal Contractor will then enter into construction services. If an agreement on cost and time cannot be met throughout the first stage, the tender process will be aborted and be recommenced with the remainder of the shortlisted contractors. The estimated construction value is £25m (excl. VAT).
