University of Central Lancashire — Various UCLan buildings have been identified as having a requirement for an emergency comm’s system (EVC – Emergency Voice Communication) to be installed.The work required needs to be undertaken to ensure that the building are safe for all occupants as UCLan promote a fully inclusive campus, therefore, provision must be made for safe evacuation of all in the event of an emergency.
