This notice is to notify the intention to award a contract to UKG Ltd for UKG Telestaff Cloud, an automated scheduling system to manage shift scheduling and provide notifications of shift availability to Firefighters. The Authority implemented UKG Telestaff in 2023 and now has a requirement to renew the contract.
The contract is for a 3 year period commencing 20 February 2026.
A standstill period will take place prior to the award of the contract from 23 January to 3 February 2026.
