Louth. The subject buildings are being converted for use as temporary emergency accommodation for Ukrainian citizens who have been displaced because of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. For clarity the proposed use will be Residential (Guest). Block No. 03 is a single storey building with a total floor area of ca. 1,545m2. The previous use of the building was Residential (Institutional).The new refurbishments will bring the accommodation up top modern building and fire standards in compliance with current standards.
