Descriptions
(i) The completion of and energy audit of the University of Limerick as per the Energy Efficiency Directive (2012/27/EU) and as transposed into Irish Legislation via SI 426 of 2014 and amended by SI 626 of 2016 and SI 599 of 2019. (ii) The development of a Decarbonisation Plan to (a) enable the University to meet government-mandated public sector decarbonosation targets as set out in the Climate Action Plan 2023 and (b) become carbon neutral by 2030. (iii) The provision of Display Energy Certificates as per SEAI's "Methodology for the production of Display Energy Certificates (DEC)" (available from www.SEAI.ie)
