'The Council will be obliged by law to notify the public of various activities and procedures. Public notice advertisements and other mediums of advertising will be required for a wide range of purposes. The majority of the Statutory Advertising Account will incorporate notice of: Public Holidays, Recruitment, Consultations, Tenders and General Public Notices. Specific advertising campaigns may be developed to help promote and communicate new services and facilities of the Council. On occasion advertising in a variety of formats, including broadcast, online, outdoor and ambient may also be considered.
