Cardiff and Vale university Health Board (CAVUHB), Capital, Estates and Facilities (CEF) Department require repairs of the roofs at University Hospital of Wales (UHW). The successful contractor is to carry out the works in accordance with the specification provided with the tender (when posted on the 26th). They will be expected to take full design responsibility for all scaffolding and temporary works associated with the project, and must make appropriate allowances for these within their bid. The contractor will also be fully responsible for all works related to the installation. Where applicable, the contractor will be responsible for the design of any new guttering, which must match the provided specification.
