The University of Greenwich currently delivers its facilities management services via an Integrated FM contract with an FM supplier. The contract will end in the autumn of 2027 and as part of its customary business case procedure, the university is exploring a range of future delivery options for facilities management services including the use of a preliminary market engagement process. The purpose of the preliminary market engagement is to consult with the facilities management market to enable us to better understand our service requirements and the capabilities of the market. Several options are being explored in respect of providing facilities services to the University across its campuses which are primarily in London and the south east. It wishes to explore three key options: 1. Joint Venture, 2. Hybrid (in-house and external services) and 3.Fully Managed Integrated Facilities Management Contract. This contract may be split into lots after the market engagement and some or all of the services may be procured through Frameworks.
