Urras nan Tursachan (UnT) is planning an ambitious redevelopment of the existing visitor centre at the Calanais Standing Stones, Isle of Lewis. Ahead of the redevelopment taking place UnT require specialist VAT advice to asses the VAT liability of the project. This includes but is not limited to; assessing the VAT liability of the project, assessing the status of the existing option to tax, the impact of the VAT status on the charging model for admissions.
