The University of Wales Trinity Saint David wishes to appoint an appropriately qualified Contractor to supply, install and commission the required comfort conditioning at our Sparkhill Campus in Birmingham.The appointed Contractor will be required to work in a collaborative manner, and pay particular attention to the requirements of this Tender Specification.UWTSD reserves the right to award similar works to the successful Contractor for a period of up to 3 years from the award date of this tender.
