To support the Ministry of Labour and Social Security in Sierra Leone in completing and operationalizing the Labour Market Information System (LMIS) Consultancy opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced Technical and Vocational Education (TVET) specialist to design, implement and analyse LMIS. The project will run between April 2021 and November 2021. The work will include, desk research, designing and delivering a workshop, developing a training package, mentoring and coaching key individuals and developing a guidebook all supporting the implementation of the new LMIS.
