All Surveys must be undertaken by bilingual interviewers, who are able to undertake surveys in Welsh and English equally. All surveys will be initiated in the language of preference if previously held by North Wales Police. The person being interviewed should be able to switch between Welsh and English as they require within the same call without the need to be called back or switch to a different interviewer. The requirements are laid out in the legislation as below. Bydd yr Heddlu'n gofyn i'r contractwr llwyddiannus allu cynnig tystiolaeth o'u profiad ac arfer gorau yn y maes hwn a'r gallu i wneud arolwg i ateb terfynau amser yr heddlu. Mae'r cytundeb yn debygol o ddechrau oddeutu Mehefin 2023 a fydd yn rhedeg am gyfnod o 2 flynedd gyda'r dewis o fewn y cytundeb i ymestyn +1+1+1 os yw'r ddau barti yn hapus gyda'r perfformiad a ddarparwyd.
