The Viet Nam Offshore Wind Centre of Excellence will be an independent facility bringing together the knowledge and real-world experience of research organisations and industry experts to bridge the gap between industry, government, international organisations and academia to enable the rapid scaling up of offshore wind. This opportunity is an initial scoping mission and engagement dialogue with partners in Viet Nam and worldwide to: - Develop relationships to support development of options for the delivery of a Centre of Excellence, including with UK, Viet Nam and international stakeholder - Develop and test options for Centre of Excellence activities and outputs. Test with BEIS and FCDO staff. - After agreeing with BEIS and FCDO staff on chosen option, develop into final concept proposal.
